WHO IS ALIGNED CEO FOR?

Aligned CEO is for female business owners, CEOs and entrepreneurs with at least one employee or core consultant — or women responsible for leading a team.

It is designed for women who have already come far and know they are capable of more — but don’t want their next level to require more hours, pressure or sacrifice.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE ALIGNED CEO METHOD?

The method brings together three areas: Self-Leadership, Leadership in Practice and Business Growth.

You work both on the practical side of leading and growing a business and on the internal patterns that influence how you think, decide, perform and lead.

This includes practical leadership and business tools alongside high performance, mental training, identity work, manifestation, energy work and nervous system regulation.

IS THIS A BUSINESS PROGRAM OR A PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM?

Both — because how you lead your business is directly connected to how you lead yourself.

The purpose of the inner work is not personal development for its own sake. It is to help you think differently, lead differently and act differently so you can create different results.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY MANIFESTATION AND ALIGNMENT?

In Aligned CEO, manifestation is not about sitting back and hoping for something to happen.

It means getting clear on what you want, working with your thoughts, identity and internal state, and aligning your actions with the results you want to create.

Alignment means bringing what you think, what you want and how you act into greater coherence — so you’re not constantly pushing against yourself.

DO I NEED TO BE SPIRITUAL?

No. You don’t need to believe in anything specific, but you need to be curious and open minded.

Aligned CEO includes elements of spiritual connection and working with mind, body & soul, but you are always free to use the practices and perspectives that resonate with you, whether you are spiritual religious or don't believe in anything more than yourself and nature. 

WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND EVERY SESSION LIVE?

All group sessions are recorded, so you can catch up or revisit the training afterwards.
However in order to get the most out of the program and out of consideration for the other participants, it is recommended that you participate in at least 5 of the 8 meetings. 

HOW MUCH TIME WILL I NEED EACH WEEK?

Approximately 2 hours per week, including the live session and recommended implementation or self-study.

This is intentionally not another demanding course to squeeze into an already full schedule.
